Ingredients:
- 1 cup quinoa
- 2 cups almond milk
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder

- 1 banana, sliced
- 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
- 2 tablespoons chopped almonds
Instructions:
Rinse quinoa thoroughly under cold water
In a saucepan, combine quinoa and almond milk
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until quinoa is cooked and liquid is absorbed
