Ingredients:
- 4 cups of diced watermelon
- 1 cup of diced cucumber
- 1/2 cup of diced red onion

- 1 tablespoon of extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine the diced watermelon, cucumber, red onion, cilantro, and jalapeo pepper
