Vanilla Spiced Breakfast Smoothie



Start your day with a delicious and nutritious Vanilla Spiced Breakfast Smoothie. This creamy blend of banana, almond milk, Greek yogurt, and warm spices like cinnamon and nutmeg will satisfy your taste buds and keep you energized throughout the morning.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp honey optional
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • Ice cubes optional
  • Chopped nuts and sliced banana for garnish

Instructions:

Put the ripe banana in a blender after peeling it

To the blender, add Greek yogurt, ground cinnamon and nutmeg, vanilla extract, and honey, if you want

Mix it up until it's creamy and smooth

Put rolled oats into the blender and blend again until the oats are fully mixed in

If you'd like your smoothie to be colder, put some ice cubes in the blender and blend them until the smoothie is chilled

Put the smoothie in a glass and top it off with banana slices and chopped nuts
